Leading maintenance equipment developer, SKF has just released an exciting new version of its QuickCollect sensor! The SKF QuickCollect CMDT 392 handheld sensor is the latest in the brand’s range of easy-to-use, Bluetooth-enabled, machine monitoring equipment.
This new and improved version has been designed to work up to four times faster than the previous sensor series!
The SKF QuickCollect sensor is designed to help maintenance personnel keep operations running smoothly.
Here are just some of the benefits of using this high-tech, smart, machine monitoring sensor:
- The SKF QuickCollect sensor is a portable and easy-to-use. It has been designed to be used with minimum training and experience.
- It is Bluetooth-enabled, and the corresponding apps can be downloaded on both iOS and Android devices.
- The sensor monitors machine vibration, bearing condition and temperature changes, allowing users to detect potential problems early.
- The data collected helps to identify rotating machinery issues before they become a problem.
Data from the QuickCollect sensor can be viewed on either the SKF QuickCollect app or the SKF Enlight ProCollect app. Both apps give live readings for quick, machinery status checks. Users will also have access to colour coded machine condition thresholds (based on ISO standards), plus asset management and historical data.
Access to the SKF Enlight Centre, as well as the SKF Cloud is also available with the Enlight ProCollect app.
