Effective from the 1st of May 2024 we will be ending the use of the trading name “BRT Industrial” within our company and therefore branding all of our locations by the UK-listed company name “Antifriction Components Limited”.
Since the acquisition in 2020 by Antifriction Components of the Industrial division of the former BRT Group we have been joint-banding the former BRT locations but after nearly four years we feel that we just simplify things and unite under a single brand. While our trading name is changing, our dedication to providing exceptional products and services remains unwavering.
This change only affects the following locations: Inverness, Grimsby, Wisbech, Wickford and Fareham.
Whilst all future business dealings will be conducted under the new name, there is no change in management or ownership, and all current contracts and agreements will remain in effect. Our tax identification number, address, and contact information will also remain unchanged.
We kindly request that customers update their records accordingly. This will ensure a smooth transition and uninterrupted service between our organizations.
